Amanda is an MSCMHC Intern at Hope and Healing and a master’s student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Westminster University. She holds a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas State University, with concentrations in Psychology, Sociology, and Anthropology. She practices from a Psychodynamic, Existential, and Attachment-informed perspective. Amanda is especially passionate about working with children, adolescents, and caregivers, supporting them in navigating emotional, developmental, and relational challenges. She believes in the power of early intervention to support long-term emotional well-being and healthy relational patterns. Her approach emphasizes curiosity, insight, and authentic connection, and she works collaboratively with children, adolescents, and their caregivers to explore how early experiences shape emotional and relational patterns. Amanda strives to create a warm, playful, and reflective space where growth and healing can unfold.
