For children in foster care or adopted through foster care
We can provide a superbill (receipt) to give to your insurance for reimbursement if we don't accept your insurance.

Medicaid Carve-Out is a specialized coverage for children placed in or adopted through
the foster care system. These services are paid directly by the state and not through a
managed Medicaid plan.
To qualify:
Your child must be currently in foster care or adopted through the foster care system.
Medicaid Carve-Out coverage must be active and ready for use.
You can access Carve-Out funding by contacting your child’s caseworker or post-
adopt worker.

Yes! We can provide you with a superbill—a detailed receipt you can submit to your
insurance company if you have out-of-network benefits. Please contact your
insurance provider to verify your eligibility for reimbursement.
We offer several private pay options, including:
Major credit cards
Cash
HSA cards
Ecclesiastical pay
Private pay rates for a 50-minute session range from $120 to $165, depending on your
provider.
