Grace is an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor who has been working at Hope & Healing since May 2021. She graduated with her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Westminster College. She also received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Utah.
Grace has had experience working with young children in treatment centers focusing on trauma and Autism Spectrum Disorder. She has also worked with adults in substance use recovery and women’s empowerment groups. She is interested in Attachment Theory, as well as principles from psychodynamic, existential, and CBT theories. Grace is passionate about advocating for children and hopes to rely on evidence-based practices to provide children and their families with healing and peace.
In her free time, Grace enjoys baking, playing outside, and relaxing with her family.
