Depending on your individual insurance provider and plan, services may be covered in full or in part. You will be responsible for copayments for each session, and in some cases, you will be responsible for the entire fee until your annual deductible has been met. If a claim is denied by your insurance, you will be the one responsible for payment for the session. We encourage you to contact your provider for details about your individual benefits so that you may plan accordingly.

We don't bill secondary insurances. You can personally bill your secondary insurance by submitting EOBs from your Primary Insurance.

How can I utilize my insurance if you don't accept it?
We provide monthly Superbills to any client who requests them.
What is a Superbill?

A superbill is a detailed document that allows you to bill your insurance. If you have Out of Network benefits through your insurance provider, you can submit a superbill to your insurance to request personal refunds. Once you have submitted the superbill, your insurance will apply the information toward your Out of Network benefits. You may see refunds immediately, or you may have to meet your Out of Network deductible before your insurance will start covering the sessions.

These superbills will be available for in-person pickup the second week of each month (unless otherwise negotiated).

Please contact your insurance provider to learn how they require superbills to be submitted.

How will this effect weekly sessions?

You will be charged our Out of Pocket prices each week you have a session in the clinic. All the sessions you attend throughout the month will be included in the provided superbill.

Other Ways to Pay for Treatment
  • Clergy or Bishop Pay
  • Self Pay or Private Pay via cash or credit card
  • Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
Late Cancellation and Missed Appointments

The appointment time you have scheduled is yours. If you need to cancel an appointment, please call  your therapist 24 hours in advance so that the time can be re-scheduled with someone else. Since there are a limited number of therapy hours available during the week, you will be charged for missing an appointment if not cancelled 24 hours in advance.
